Please be familiar with this information before visiting Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park:
In order for you to get jumping smoothly, here are a few items you may need to know. We want nothing to get in the way of your FUN or your overall experience at Sky Zone. So take a minute to look through this list and you'll be well on your way.
Before jumping at Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park there is a little bit of paperwork that is required, and we try to make it as simple as possible.
Everyone who is going to jump must have a signed liability waiver. If a jumper is under the age of 18, the liability waiver MUST be signed by the minor's parent or legal guardian. Waivers for birthday party packages and group events are only valid the specific day of the event; they are not put into the system for future use. Once a valid/legible Sky Zone waiver from a walk-in customer has been received/entered into the POS system, that jumper does not need to bring another waiver for a period of 1 year.
Please note that prior visits to Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park cannot, unfortunately, ensure that your waiver will be on file. If there is any doubt in your mind, please bring a new waiver or phone us ahead of time to see if your waiver is still valid.
Sky Zone is FUN for just about any age, shape or physical ability.
Session Times
Sessions start every 15 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome during all open hours of operation (subject to availability).
Shoe Rental
Here at Sky Zone we require special shoes on our trampolines. Shoes can be rented or purchased at our facility. Sky Zone carries shoe sizes toddler 10 through adult men's 13. If you would like to own your own pair, stop by our facility and pick up a pair. If you do not fit into the above sizes then you must jump barefoot (with no socks).
Reservation Information
In order to make a reservation you must call the facility at 916.644.9966. A reservation guarantees a specific jump time for a confirmed number of jumpers.
Inside of our facility there are 2 trampoline playing fields. Our total capacity is around 80 jumpers at any given time. This number is subject to change based on size and age of jumpers.
