Sky Zone Waiver California - Rocklin (one participant per waiver please)

Everyone who is going to jump must have a signed liability waiver. If a jumper is under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian of the minor must fill out the Sky Zone waiver. Once a Sky Zone waiver has been entered into the database, jumpers do not need to bring another waiver for a period of 1 year (however, past jumps do not ensure your waiver will be on file).  Waivers for group events or birthday parties are only valid the day of the event, and are not entered into our database.

Electronic Waiver California - Rocklin (this version may not be printed and will not be accepted hard copy; it may only be submitted electronically)

Sky Zone now offers an electronic waiver which is immediately downloaded to our POS system. Please have drivers license available. The electronic waiver can be used only if 1) you are a participant over the age of 18 and is completing the waiver for yourself or 2) you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who plans on coming to Sky Zone and are filling out the waiver for him/her.
